Review:
These recipes are delicious, but very complicated. There are usually many different aspects to one dish, such as a dehydrated part, a sauce, a main dish and a garnish. The book does have beautiful illustrations and good info about raw foods. Sarma and Matthew are definitely gourmet chefs, and definitely from NYC!
