I use Renee's recipes whenever I really want to impress people with raw gourmet cuisine. All of the dishes I've made from her book have had a complexity and depth of flavor that rivals the best cooked foods. And they're healthy! One warning, though: complexity of taste may imply time-consuming recipes with exotic ingredients. Give yourself plenty of shopping and prep time to make these!
