What the waitress called "raw polenta," this entree consisted of what we guessed to be walnuts, parsnips and celery (along with spices, of course). My favorite bites had the pieces of celery... but even better was the mixture of the polenta with the chanterelles and sauces which garnished the rest of the plate. Mmm...
